The Scout programme includes the Duke of Edinburgh's Award Scheme (DofE), through the one programme it is possible for Explorer Scouts to gain both the Gold DofE and the Queen's Scout awards. These are two of the highest awards for young people in the country. Both are highly regarded by employers and universities.  

The Award is encouraged by the Education Department of Harrow Council.

The Endeavour Explorer Scout Unit meets on Tuesday evenings at 1st Headstone from 1900 to 2100 hrs.
